Relationships between nurses’ perceptions of patient safety culture and job stress, trust, identification, and leadership

Introduction: Offering a high-quality and cost-effective healthcare system that prioritises patient safety requires establishing a common patient safety culture. In this regard, stakeholders need to determine the factors that affect the perception of the patient safety culture to support a healthy and safe working environment. Aim: The study aims to analyze the relationship between the perception of patient safety culture and job stress, organizational trust, organizational identification, and leadership.
