Relationships between nurses’ perceptions of patient safety culture and job stress, trust, identification, and leadership

Introduction: Offering a high-quality and cost-effective healthcare system that prioritises patient safety requires establishing a common patient safety culture. In this regard, stakeholders need to determine the factors that affect the perception of the patient safety culture to support a healthy and safe working environment. Aim: The study aims to analyze the relationship between the perception of patient safety culture and job stress, organizational trust, organizational identification, and leadership. It also aims to determine the determinants of patient safety perceptions.
