Knowledge Levels of Vocational High School Students About Substance Addiction and Sexually Transmitted Diseases

Introduction: This study was carried out to determine the knowledge levels of vocational high school students about substance addiction and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Materials and Methods: 20691 students from 22 vocational high schools were included in this study, and it was conducted with a total of 1929 students selected with stratified sampling. The data obtained in this study was collected using a questionnaire form. Results: The mean age of the students was 16.58±1.17, of which 54.1% were male, and 57.4% were high school 9-10th grade. Amaç: Bu araştırma Mersin ilindeki bir aile sağlığı merkezine kayıtlı altmış beş yaş ve üstü bireylerin erişkin aşılama durumlarını ve etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntemler: Araştırmaya Mersin ilindeki bir aile sağlığı merkezine başvuran, 65 yaş ve üstü 260 kişi alınmış ve bu kişilere 28 sorudan oluşan anket formu yüz yüze görüşme tekniği kullanılarak uygulanmıştır. Many factors may affect sleep in the neurosurgery intensive care unit (NSICU), including therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, medications, the underlying disease process, and noise generated in NSICU. This study was aimed to determine the factors and nursing interventions, which affect the patients' sleep in NSICU, and to ascertain future descriptive research studies in nursing. Hepatit C virüsü (HCV) enfeksiyonu tüm dünyada önemli bir halk sağlığı sorunu oluşturmaya devam etmektedir. HCV enfeksiyonlarında sitokinler hastalığın prognozunda önemli rol oynamaktadır. Sitokin genlerindeki polimorfizmler ise gen ekspresyonunu etkileyerek hastalığın klinik seyrini değiştirebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, TNF-α rs1799964 (-1031 T/C), IL-12A rs568408 (3’UTR G/A), IL-12B rs3212227 (3’UTR A/C) ve IFN-γ rs2430561 (+874 A/T) polimorfizmleri ile kronik hepatit C arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu tanımlayıcı çalışma Hatay iline Suriye’den göç ile gelen çocukların aşılanma durumlarının belirlenmesi ve aşılanmayı etkileyen faktörlerin saptanması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini, Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi’ne Ağustos 2017-Şubat 2018 tarihleri arasında başvuran 0-18 yaş grubu çocukları olan 651 Suriyeli ebeveyn oluşturmuştur. Bu çalışma, Suriye’den göç ile gelen kadınların cinsel yolla bulaşan hastalıklar konusundaki bilgi düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tanımlayıcı olarak yapılan araştırmanın örneklemi Şubat- Nisan 2016 tarihleri arasında Mersin’de bir kamu hastanesi polikliniklerine başvuran 220 Suriye’li kadından oluşmaktadır. Türkiye’de Yaşayan Bireylerin COVID-19 Hastalığı ve Aşılanmaya İlişkin Yaklaşımları

Amaç: Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de yaşayan bireylerin COVID-19 hastalığı ve aşılanmaya ilişkin yaklaşımlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışma Türkiye’de yaşayan 18-90 yaş arası web2 teknolojilerini kullanabilen 550 kişi ile online anket kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Katılımcıların %34.5’i COVID-19 pozitif bireyle temas ettiğini, %42’si PCR testi yaptırdığını, %18.7’si hastalığı geçirdiğini, %47.4’ü COVID-19 aşısını yaptırdığını, %52.4’ü aşının koruyucu olduğunu, %88.9’u hastalığın ağır seyrettiğini ve %56.9’u hastalığın korkutucu olmadığını belirtmişlerdir.
