Objective: This study was conducted to determine the color change and surface roughness of a
nanohybrid, a microhybrid, an indirect composite resin and human central incisor teeth after the
application of fluoride varnish (FV) and casein phosphopeptide- amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP-ACP).
Materials-Methods: Twenty-four specimens were fabricated from each composite material (Nova Compo
C, Gradia Direct, Solidex and teeth) by using a teflon mold (7 mm diameter and 2 mm thickness). Initial
