Teachers are one of the main elements of education. They are individuals who constantly interact with students, implement educational programs, manage educational processes, and assess both students and educational activities. A good teacher must be an expert in his/her area, and also possess the necessary teaching skills that will aid him/her in conveying the necessary knowledge and skills to his/her students.
