In this article, 17 coins found in the archaeological excavations of parcel 4642 in 2011/2012 by the Hatay Archaeology Museum in Antakya, the central district of Hatay, were examined. For the first time in this research, the coins were analysed in detail to understand their contents. Among the 17 coins examined; 5 of them belong to the Abbasid period, 7 to the Buwayhid period and 5 to the Samanid period.
