In this paper, a total of 436 taxa at species and infraspecies level [328 Bacillariophyta (Diatoms), 32 Cyanobacteria (Blue Green Algae), 1 Dinophyta (Dinoflagellates), 2 Euglenophyta (Euglenophytes), 5 Ochrophyta (Yellow Brown Algae), 29 Rhodophyta (Red Algae), 12 Chlorophyta (Green Algae), 27 Charophyta (stoneworts)], which are not in the checklist of the Flora of Türkiye (Algae), and their Turkish names are given.
