This paper focuses on investigating undesirable student behaviours in classroom management at the stage of middle schools of Turkey and proposed solutions within the context of Reality Therapy. The specific objectives of the research focuses on identifying the application of Reality Therapy Discipline Model to solve problems in the class, according to teachers’ points of views and the researcher’s observations.
