Design/methodology/approach–Thesampleof thestudyconsistedof568employees inchambersof commerceandindustryaffiliatedtotheUnionofChambersandCommodityExchangesofTurkeyoperatingin Turkey.Aphenomenologicalresearchmethodwasadoptedinthisresearch.Fouropen-endedquestionswere askedtotheparticipants.Acodingprocess(conceptualization,classification,componentanalysis)wasusedin dataanalysis.
