There are many factors that people pay attention while choosing housing. In addition to the physical characteristics of the housing; spatial features such as the distance of the housing to the city center, work and educational areas, public transportation stops also play an important role in the selection of housing. Although the distance of the housing to these places does not change, access will be much easier within the facilities provided by the existing transportation infrastructure.
