4D Printing Technology and Its Application Possibilities in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)

4D printing technology is an innovative manufacturing method that adds the dimension of time to traditional 3D printing, enabling materials to respond to environmental stimuli (such as temperature, humidity, light, etc.) by changing shape, properties, or functionality. This study examines the fundamental principles of 4D printing in detail and explores its advantages and potential applications in the context of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). The foundation of 4D printing lies in the use of smart materials such as shape-memory polymers, self-healing composites, and hydrogels.
