The growing emphasis on energy economics and renewable energy highlights critical challenges and opportunities in global sustainability. Fossil and renewable energy sources significantly influence political stability, urbanization, and climate change, making their management essential for energy security and environmental health. Renewable energy, though still secondary to fossil fuels in consumption, is rapidly gaining importance as countries invest in clean energy to reduce dependency and environmental impact. Developing policies that promote renewable energy use is vital to addressing poverty, fostering equality, and achieving sustainable development.
