Bu çalışmada 1910 yılında kurulmuş olan “Nakkaş, Kalemkâr ve Sıvacı Esnafı Cemiyeti”nin kuruluş nizamnamesi değerlendirilecektir. Çalışmanın temel amacı, Osmanlı'nın son döneminde teşekkül eden “Nakkaş, Kalemkâr ve Sıvacı Esnafı Cemiyeti”nin kuruluş ve işleyişlerine dair tespitlerde bulunmaktır. Çalışmanın ana kaynağı Osmanlı arşivlerinde bulunan nizamname metni ve cemiyetle ilgili bazı belgelerdir. Çalışmada tarihsel yöntem ve sondajlama metodu kullanılarak cemiyetin özellikleri ve geç dönem Osmanlı yapı sektörü içindeki yeri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler sanat tarihi başta olmak üzere tarih, sosyoloji, iktisat ve mimarlık gibi çeşitli bilim alanlarına fayda sağlayabilecek niteliktedir. Özellikle, cemiyetin inşaat sektöründe tekelleşmek istediği ve bunu dönemin iktidarına kabul ettirmeye çalıştığı tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, the establishment regulation of the “Wall-Painter, Muralist and
Plasterer Tradesmen Association”, which was established in 1910, will be evaluated.
The main purpose of the study is to determine the establishment and functioning
of the tradesmen's associations that were formed in the last period of the Ottoman Empire. The main source of the study is the text of the regulation and some documents related to the association in the Ottoman Archives. In the study, the
characteristics of the association and its place in the late Ottoman building sector
were tried to be determined by using the historical method and the drilling method.
The data obtained in the study are of a quality that can benefit various fields of
science such as history, sociology, economics, and architecture, especially art
history. In particular, it was determined that the association wanted to monopolize
in the construction sector and tried to impose this on the government of the period.
