This 60 day study investigated the effects of organically certified nucleotide yeast-derived protein source (Nu-Pro®) on growth, feed efficiency, fillet proximate composition and digestive enzymes in rainbow trout (Onchorhyncus mykiss). Diets were isonitrogenous and isocaloric.
