Sibirya Türk halkları, Sibirya’nın diğer halklarıyla iç içe yaşamaları, uzun bir dönem diğer Türk toplulukları ile bağlantılarının olmaması nedeniyle dil, tarih ve kültür çalışmalarında özel bir yere sahiptir. Ülkemizde, Sibirya Türk halklarının dili ve kültürü ile ilgili çalışmalar, Türk tarihine, Türk dilinin kaynaklarına, eski Türk eserlerine her zaman ilgi gösteren, Türk Dünyası kültür birliğini önemseyen Cumhuriyetimizin kurucusu Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün yönlendirmeleriyle başlamıştır. Bu dönemde kurulan komisyon hem Yakut dili hem de genel Türk dili açısından büyük önem arz eden E. K. The Determination of Financing Sources Affecting the Capital Budgets of Airline Companies

This study aims to determine the impact of airline companies’ internal and external financing decisions on fixed asset investments. For this purpose, 25 airline companies worldwide were divided into two groups, with a market value greater than 10 billion dollars (BigCap) and below (SmallCap), and analyzed using the panel data method. External financing sources have a negative effect on fixed asset investments for BigCap airline companies, while external financing sources have a positive effect on SmallCap airline companies. Equity financing, return on assets, and net profit margin have statistically significant positive effects on fixed asset investments in SmallCap companies, while these effects are not statistically significant for BigCap companies.

Günümüz dijital ortamının, çağdaş sanat pratiğinin gelişiminde önemli bir rol oynaması, sanat dünyasında önemli değişimlere neden olmuştur. Bu evrim, geleneksel sanat formlarının dijital platformlara adapte edilmesiyle yeni ve dikkat çekici bir sanat estetiği oluşturmuştur. Heykel sanatı da bu değişimden etkilenmiştir. The purpose of this study is to determine the healthy lifestyle behaviors and mental states of Syrian refugee women with low socio-economic status living outside the camps. Method: The universe of the descriptive study consisted of 120 Syrian refugee women enrolled in the Turkish language course at the Karacaoğlan Public Education Center in the Akdeniz district of Mersin in the spring semester of 2015-2016. This research aims to investigate the sectoral market share of the professional committees, their current status, and expectations in the context of employment. It was determined that the market share of the sectors of 58.55% of the participants decreased in 2019. 46.71% of participants had the prediction that there would be no change in their market share in 2020. 45.39% of the participants anticipated a decrease in employment in 2019, and 58.55% anticipated that there would be no change in employment in 2020. 69.74% of the members of the professional committees participating in the research stated that there was a qualified employee shortage in the sector.
