Bu amaçla Türkiye Cumhuriyet Merkez Bankası tarafından yayınlanan hastane hizmetleri sektör bilançoları ile Borsa İstanbul’da işlem gören dört adet şirketin 2018-2022 yıllarına ait finansal verileri üzerinden yatırılan sermaye, vergi sonrası net faaliyet karı ve yatırılan sermayenin getirisi hesaplanmıştır. While the population is aging rapidly in developed countries, significant increases in the elderly population are also observed in developing countries. The increase in the elderly population may lead to a number of macroeconomic problems for countries. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of population ageing on external debt for emerging and developing countries. The study covers the period 1996-2019 and the system-generalised method of moments (GMM) is used. The findings show that population ageing has a positive effect on external debt. Objective: This study aimed to define transfusion-related adverse reactions (TRs) observed in paediatric patients at a university hospital in Turkey. Methods: The data from the archive of the Mersin University Hospital Blood Centre, spanning the period between August 2017 and August 2024, were subjected to retrospective analysis. In this study, the fauna of Papilionoidea and Hesperioidea (Lepidoptera) from the Amanos Mountains in İslahiye, Gaziantep province, Turkey has been investigated. Information obtained froma series of field studies carried out during 2006–2007 is given. Collection of butterfly specimens was carried out in 55 different localities for this study. A total of 2276 specimens belonging to 76 species distributed in 48 genera within five families were collected. The distribution of species, according to families, is as follows: Papilionidae, five; Pieridae, 13; Nymphalidae, 28; Lycaenidae, 18 and Hesperiidae, 12. Background. – The pathophysiology of tardive dyskinesia (TD) is not completely understood. Aim. – To assess the relationship of TD with 5-HT2A receptor gene, serotonin transporter gene (5 HTT), and catechol-o-methyltransferase (COMT) gene polymorphisms. Method. – Our study comprised 111 unrelated subjects who strictly met DSM-IV criteria for schizophrenia and 32 TD, and 79 healthy unrelated controls; all the subjects were of Turkish origin.
