Conflict Management in Social Work.

This study aims to determine conflict management principles to eliminate possible conflicts that may arise in the performance of social work functions. As a result of the study, the 2SIP (Socio-Psychological-Social-Implementation-Institutional-PoliticalProfessional) principle was determined for the conflict management of social work. It is thought that this finding of the study will provide important insights for policymakers and practitioners.

Latent Aging

Objectives: It was aimed to determine the causes and consequences of perceptual adoption of aging with cognitive learning and acceptance, in this study. Methods: This study was conducted in June 2019 with 58 participants (41 female, 17 males; living in the province of Adana in Turkey; selected from 1432 individuals; ages ranging between 18 to 30). Results: In this study, it was found that the perception of aging emerged as a result of the participants’ comparison and internalization of the information obtained from the elderly people and themselves who exposed to the symptoms of aging. This study aims to identify the differences of businesses born in the period of COVID-19 from other companies operating in similar sectors in terms of organizational psychology and to determine the basic dimensions of organizational psychology and the factors of these dimensions. Quantum Management of Hospital in the Post-COVID-19

The aim of this study is to present a management approach to transforming the deficiencies in crisis management during the pandemic period into a strong facet of businesses. In this research, phenomenology and grounded theory were adopted. The results of the study revealed five basic principles in the form of quantum management of hospital management: Infinity of possibilities, resilience to waves of uncertainty and making sense, the complementarity of diversity and complexity, significance of chaos and crisis, interactive outputs. This study focuses on insufficiently addressing the safety issues associated with assistive devices for older individuals. Lack of study on geronsafety in the literature reveals the strengths of the study. The limitation of the study is that it does not provide an empirical study. Active participation of elderly individuals in life is possible with safety aging. Devices designed for older individuals are not yet fully compatible with digital programs. The remote management of these devices is important for the safety of the elderly. These devices should be improved with internet and digital programs. A Research on Relationship Between Latent Aging and Chronic Lymphocytic Thyroiditis

Objectives: It was aimed to determine the relationship between CLT and latent aging, in this study. Methods: This study was conducted in November 2019 with 63 CLT patients (57 female, 6 males; living in the province of Adana in Turkey; ages ranging between 31 to 58; who responded “yes” to questions Q1 and Q2.). Results: In this study, it was found that the physical (sallow skin, under-eye swelling, puffiness) and psychological (depression, anxiety, dysmnesia, focus problem) changes and effects taking place in the individual’s body were effective in the sense of latent aging.
