This study systematically evaluates the existing literature on the financial exploitation of older adults, a multidisciplinary research topic encompassing law, finance, and social sciences, and identifies emerging research trends in the field. Using bibliometric analysis based on data from the Scopus database, 391 English-language articles and reviews published through the end of 2024 were examined in accordance with PRISMA guidelines.
