Bilim kurgu türde sıkça gözlenen distopya, teması ve kurgusu çerçevesindeki alt bağlamıyla bir eleştiridir. This study explores how environmental citizenship education (ECE), implemented through a nature-based learning program within a Nature and Science School (NSS) in Türkiye, was experienced and interpreted by primary school pupils in relation to their development of understanding of sustainability and environmental citizenship. Aim: Uridine diphosphate glucuronosyltransferases (UGTs) are a superfamily of conjugation phase II enzymes and is responsible for catalyzing the glucuronidation of many endobiotic or xenobiotic substrates. The present study aimed to determine allele and genotype frequencies of UGT1A4 c.142T>G, UGT1A6 c.541A>G and UGT1A6 c.19T>G polymorphisms in the healthy Turkish population and also to compare them with different population data. Material and Method: UGT1A4 c.142T>G, UGT1A6 c.541A>G and c.19T>G polymorphisms were determined in DNA samples of 114 healthy Turkish volunteers using polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism methods. ANALYSIS OF CONICS UNDER KANTOROVICH OPERATORS OF TWO VARIABLES

This study examines some shape-preserving properties of two-variable Kantorovich polynomials. We examine which types of conic equations transform into conic equations under two types of two-variable Kantorovich polynomials, single-index and double-index, and if so, which conic equations they transform into. While it is observed that conic equations transform into the same type of conic equations under the single-index two-variable Kantorovich polynomial, they are shown to transform into different types under the double-index two-variable Kantorovich polynomial, for example, a circle can transform into an ellipse or parabola under certain conditions. Furthermore, all the findings are supported by numerous graphical examples.

In the study, quasi-experimental design without pre-test post-test control group was used. A Faunistic Study on Papilionoidea and Hesperioidea (Lepidoptera) of Murat Mountain in Banaz, UŞAK Province, Turkey

This study was carried out in Murat Mountain located in Banaz district (Uşak, Western Turkey), during 2000-2009 in order to collect data on Papilionoidea and Hesperioidea species, their distribution and current status. Butterflies (756) were caught with sweep nets from 28 localities during the field work of which 113 species and subspecies belonging to 7 families and 2 superfamilies were identified; 87 species were identified for the first time for Lepidoptera fauna of Uşak province and 103 species were identified for the first time for Murat Mountain (Banaz) fauna.
A Faunistic Study of Papilionoidea (Lepidoptera) of the Western Taurus Mountains, Turkey

In this study, the fauna of Papilionoidea (Lepidoptera) (sensu vanNieukerken et al., 2011) in West Taurus (Southern Turkey) has been investigated. Field studies were carried out during the years 2004–2009. Specimens of butterflies were collected from 43 different localities for this study. These specimens belong to 125 species distributed in 5 families. The distribution of species (by families) was given as: Papilionidae (5); Pieridae (14); Nymphalidae (45); Lycaenidae (44) and Hesperiidae (17). A review of the relevant literature revealed that 92 of 125 species determined in this study are newly recorded for the Lepidoptera fauna of Anamur and all of them are new for the study area.

Purpose: Traumatic events not only lead to negative consequences, such as post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), but are also associated with positive results, such as psychological growth and maturity. This paper aimed to examine the moderating effect of depression and anxiety symptoms on the relationship between PTSD and posttraumatic growth (PTG). Method: The participants were 630 adult Syrian refugees(Mage = 31.83, SD = 9.71; 218 were male and 412 were female) who migrated to Türkiye after the civil war in Syria.
