According to the provisions of General Communiqué No. 306 of the Tax Procedure Law, tax inspection authorities (tax inspectors and assistant tax inspectors) are granted the authority to evaluate whether a taxpayer has deliberately committed the act of using forged or misleading documents in terms of their content and to decide whether to file a criminal complaint. In this context, the authorities are under a direct obligation to report the offense to the Public Prosecutor’s Office. Under the provisions of the communiqué, the determination of intent with respect to documents that are established to have been used as forged or misleading in terms of their content, as well as the assessment of the concept of “knowledge,” is left entirely to the discretion of the tax inspection authority, without being tied to any objective criteria. This situation fails to provide legal safeguards for taxpayers against potential misjudgments by tax auditors in assessing intent and knowledge. Navigating stress with creativity: The moderating role of conflict-induced reativity on job satisfaction among entrepreneurs

Background: Entrepreneurs frequently encounter high levels of job stress, which can undermine their job satisfaction. Although the negative consequences of stress are well-known, less attention has been paid to the role of Conflict-Induced Creativity in buffering these effects. Objective: This study investigates how Conflict-Induced Creativity moderates the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction among entrepreneurs, addressing a gap in understanding adaptive mechanisms in high-pressure work environments. Methods: Using a quantitative design, data were collected from 453 entrepreneurs through convenience sampling. Statistical analyses included factor analyses, correlations, regressions, and moderation testing via PROCESS MACRO in SPSS v.22. Results: Validated scales assessed job satisfaction (α = 0.934), job stress (α = 0.919), and Conflict-Induced Creativity (α = 0.832). Job stress negatively predicted job satisfaction (β = −0.126, p < 0.001), while Conflict-Induced Creativity emerged as a strong positive predictor (β = 0.688, p < 0.001). Moderation analysis confirmed that Conflict-Induced Creativity significantly buffered the adverse effects of stress on satisfaction (b = 0.147, 95% CI [0.048, 0.245], p < 0.05). Strategic Human Resource Management in Women's Entrepreneurship: Challenges, Processes, and Recommendations

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the strategic human resource management (SHRM) challenges faced by women entrepreneurs. Conducted with 142 women entrepreneurs in the manufacturing and service sectors in Adana, Turkey, this research adopts the phenomenology method, a qualitative approach. The study explores SHRM challenges across ten key areas: sustainable competitive advantage, organizational culture and climate, corporate social responsibility, teamwork, career planning and development, conflict management, continuous development and improvement, personal rights management, occupational health and safety, and leadership and management impact. Main findings reveal that women entrepreneurs emphasize the importance of communication, coordination, harmony, empathy, justice, equality, and sustainability in addressing SHRM challenges. Unveiling the Innovation Nexus: How Workplace Belongingness Shapes Tomorrow's Breakthroughs through Corporate Stakeholder Responsibility

The study seeks to investigate how corporate stakeholder responsibility acts as a mediator, elucidating the impact of workplace belongingness on both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation within the retail sector. In 2020, this research enlisted 171 executives from retail businesses registered with the Adana Chamber of Commerce in Adana, Turkey. Employing structural equation modeling, the study analyzed data through the lens of social exchange, stakeholder theory, and organizational change management theories. According to the research findings, it was determined that workplace belongingness had positive effects on corporate stakeholder responsibility, corporate stakeholder responsibility had positive effects on exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation, workplace belongingness had positive effects on exploratory and exploitative innovations. Further analyses revealed that corporate stakeholder responsibility acted as a significant mediator in the relationship between workplace belongingness and both exploratory and exploitative innovation.

The starting point of this research is that cyber conflict is an operational, managerial, relational, and strategic problem of businesses rather than a cross-country administrative problem. The protection of this population from such risks through social work and their integration into society is a social problem. The chapter aims to determine the integration of the indigenous population into society and the functions of social work in this regard. Elderly Women Empowerment in the Aging Process: A Cognitive Perspective

This study was carried out to draw a road map for the cognitive empowerment of women in the aging process. The fact that women are under negative effects in physical, biological, and cultural contexts reveals the fact that they may have some psychological and perceptual problems. eSports and eSocial Work

Bringing together international players, eSports benefits beyond digitalization according to its intended use. It is possible to socialize individuals who cannot come together due to pandemics, extraordinary events, and economic difficulties and increase their commitment to life with these video games. Social work should take advantage of this developing field. eSports can provide benefits in geriatrics, home care services, physical therapy, elderly people in nursing homes, women, children, people with an autistic spectrum disorder, and social adaptation. Social work's functions in many areas such as environmental and social adaptation, well-being, welfare, public health, social policy, and the rehabilitation of children prone to crime can be made more functional through eSports. This chapter deals with the functions of social work to be developed and improved with eSports.

Effects of Ageism Discourse on Successful Aging.

The aim of this study is to reveal the effects of ageism discourse on successful aging. The study was carried out with 49 elderly and 49 young people living in Yenişehir, Mersin, Turkey. The snowball sampling method was adopted in the sample. Of the elderly participants, 27 were women and 22 were men. 4 women and 6 men were working in any job and the others were retired. There were 11 people in the sample who were 80 years or older. 12 individuals (7 women, 5 men) lived alone, and the others lived with their families. This study shows that four basic dimensions are effective in the perceptions of elderly and young individuals about each other and about aging. On the other hand, these four factors were identified as related factors in the questions about successful aging. In the answers given to the questions, the common factors affecting successful aging were determined as the dimensions of ageism discourse.

A research on the effects of successful aging on the acceptance and use of technology of the elderly

The aim of the study is to analyze the effects of successful aging on technology acceptance and use behaviors, via developing a model. This study was conducted with 687 participants in five Retirement Rest Homes in Turkey. A model was developed to meet the study’s research objectives using the scales of successful aging and the second unified theory of acceptance and use of technology. A path analysis was performed with Partial Least Squares (PLS) structural equation model. Struggle Against Difficulties (SAD) significantly predicted performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, and behavior intention, even though SAD did not predict USE. HLH significantly predicted performance expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions; HLH did not predict effort expectancy, hedonic motivation, price 15 value, habit, behavior intention, and USE. It was revealed that successful aging affected the technology acceptance model in general except the use of technology. It is recommended for future studies that successful aging should be evaluated with varied model studies.

A Qualitative Study towards the Role of Social Work in Integrating Autistic Children into Society

T he aim of this study is to determine the educational role of social work in the social integration of individuals with an autism spectrum disorder, which is a social issue, through a qualitative research method. The study was carried out with twelve educator employees of three special education practice first-grade schools that teach children with autism spectrum disorder and are affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. The theoretical basis of the study is social learning, system, social exchange theories, and cognitive behavioral therapy, problem-solving, and crisis intervention models. According to the results of the study carried out with the interpretive phenomenology method, it was determined that social work had roles in the social integration of children with autism spectrum disorders such as family, education, care, counseling, sustainable innovation, and ethics. The results determined that ethics in social work was easy, equal, and free access to service. Innovation in social work includes new approaches in education and training, new methods, improvement and continuity in service, adaptation to change, and self-renewal. A Qualitative Research on Sectoral Problems and Expectations

This research aims to investigate the sectoral market share of the professional committees, their current status, and expectations in the context of employment. It was determined that the market share of the sectors of 58.55% of the participants decreased in 2019. 46.71% of participants had the prediction that there would be no change in their market share in 2020. 45.39% of the participants anticipated a decrease in employment in 2019, and 58.55% anticipated that there would be no change in employment in 2020. 69.74% of the members of the professional committees participating in the research stated that there was a qualified employee shortage in the sector. The agriculture sector comes to the fore in the required employment areas. Participants stated that qualified employees trained according to the sector should be increased. According to the results, it was determined that there was a need for employment in agricultural products sales, textile, medical equipment, restaurants and cafes, insurance, private health services, advertising and media, paper, and packaging sectors.

A Scale Proposition on the Discourse Curiosity of Aging.

This study focuses on the effects of discourse on aging. Whether the discourse of aging causes curiosity of aging is revealed with this study. In order to create a survey of 10 questions to be applied to the participants, an item pool was created with 145 participants in Adana-Turkey. The data obtained with the item pool were transformed into 12 questions with the qualitative method (Conceptualization, Classification, Component analysis). 12 questions were voted by the committee of 7 academicians who experts in different fields were. A survey of 10 questions obtained as a result of the voting was applied to 121 participants selected from Hatay-Turkey for the pre-test. As a result, the sample of the study consisted of 112 adult individuals (40-50 years of age range). The study was carried out in Mersin, Turkey in 2021. The results of the study showed that the aging discourse caused curiosity in middle-aged individuals. According to the results obtained, measurement ranges/scores were determined to rate the discourse-based curiosity of the individuals. The participants’ discourse-based aging curiosity was at a high level. In the context of sensitivity to aging, it was determined that the participants were moderately sensitive.

Effects of COVID-19 on organizational psychology in management and strategic context.

This study aims to identify the differences of businesses born in the period of COVID-19 from other companies operating in similar sectors in terms of organizational psychology and to determine the basic dimensions of organizational psychology and the factors of these dimensions. The study was conducted with a total of 48 businesses of the restaurant, cafe, retail, and virtual store established before March 2020 in Turkey, when the first cases of the COVID-19 emerge, and the businesses born after the pandemic operating in Adana in these sectors. According to the findings of the study, three basic dimensions that highlight organizational psychology in coding were determined: Internalization and perception in psychology, psychology management, reactivity. According to the findings obtained from the participants, the management factors affecting the organizational psychology of the enterprises established before the COVID-19 period were determined as employee and human resources management, innovation and entrepreneurship, intra-organizational and corporate compliance

Quantum Management of Hospital in the Post-COVID-19

The aim of this study is to present a management approach to transforming the deficiencies in crisis management during the pandemic period into a strong facet of businesses. In this research, phenomenology and grounded theory were adopted. The results of the study revealed five basic principles in the form of quantum management of hospital management: Infinity of possibilities, resilience to waves of uncertainty and making sense, the complementarity of diversity and complexity, significance of chaos and crisis, interactive outputs. These basic principles are under the influence of three basic factors based on medical, administrative, sharing-interaction.

Developing Imitation Ability in Organizational Behavior and Psychology.

The aim of this study is to prove whether imitation ability can be developed in organizational behavior and psychology. The study was carried out with joint-stock companies, public institutions, and professional organizations operating in five different provinces and countries (375 participants). Five managers from each sample unit were included in this study, which was carried out in 2020 and 2021. The phenomenological method, one of the qualitative research methods, was adopted in the study. The data obtained through the interview were coded, classified, and categorized. Research results revealed that human behavior and psychology are imitated by organizations. According to the coding results, three types of imitation behaviors were identified in the context of organizational behavior: defense, strategic attack, passive action behaviors. Defensive imitation ability in organizational behavior consisted of defense for existence, competition defense, sustainability/adaptation defense, resource dependency defense, organizational psychology defense. It was determined that the imitation ability of organizational psychology consisted of traffic (psycho technical ability), health and clinical, training, forensic, and counseling psychology categories.

It was determined that strategic social work management consisted of analysis and planning, implementation, control, competitive power, feedback, and strategic renewal stages/steps. According to other findings, it was determined that women were exposed to digital violence through computer games, cyberbullying (cyber harassment), cyberwarfare, internet fraud (cybercrime fraud), social media, smartphone applications, e-articles. Recommended applications for the implementation phase of social work are e-gender discrimination measures, women's e-refuge / e-shelter, esports (electronic sports) women.

Corporate Elderly Entrepreneurship in the Digital World

The purposes of this study are to address elderly entrepreneurship in the context of corporate entrepreneurship, to determine its dimensions, and to make suggestions with the results obtained. The systematic review method was adopted in the study. According to the findings, it has been determined that corporate elderly entrepreneurship includes innovative risk and opportunity management, innovative elderly initiative, innovative proactivity, competition management, and resource management. It is recommended to meet the needs arising due to the social, psychological, cognitive, physical, and health-related decline of elderly consumers through corporate social entrepreneurship. This type of entrepreneurship is an important approach added to the literature to meet the consumer needs that differ with the increasing elderly population. Providing the needs and satisfaction of the elderly is possible with corporate entrepreneurship. Determining the future needs of the elderly living in a nursing home or with their families requires management in innovation.

Analysis of the Effects of the Acceptance and Use of the Mobile Internet Technology by the Elderly on Successful Aging

In this study, it was aimed to determine the successful aging levels of the elderly, the acceptance and use of technology behavior, the effect of technology acceptance and use behaviors on successful aging, and to make recommendations to families, institutions and organizations according to the results of the research. The research was carried out with 912 elderly individuals who were 60 years and older registered to the Turkish Retirees Association Adana Branch living in Adana province. As the aim of the study was to explore the theoretical relationship, the method of Partial Least Squares structural equation model path analysis was used. According to the findings of the research, performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, facilitating conditions and habit of the subcomponents of the technology acceptance model predicted significantly behavior intention. Blind Spots of Women’s Entrepreneurship: Case of Adana

The aim of the study is to determine the blind spots of women’s entrepreneurship. This study was conducted with 46 women entrepreneurs registered to Adana Chamber of Industry in Turkey in September 2019. A phenomenological research method was adopted in this research. The coding process (Conceptualization, Classification, Component analysis) proposed by Miles and Huberman (1994) was used respectively in data analysis. Findings revealed that the blind spot in entrepreneurship is the dead spot in entrepreneurship according to the field of view of the entrepreneur, which can be prevented with a different perspective and proactive behaviors, which prevents the predicting of unexpected results. A second eye is required to identify the blind spots. In addition, teamwork, transparent management, outsourcing, increasing employee-leader interaction, and referring to external stakeholder opinions can make the blind spot visible. Kohout et al. (1993) demonstrated the effects of advanced, normal and impaired functions of elderly, male and female elderly people on successful aging by applying a multislice survey of people aged 65 years and older, with two short forms of the Center of Epidemiological Research Depression (CES-D) symptoms index. Reker (2009) applied the scale obtained by the literature research on elderly individuals to prevent disease and weakness, to have high cognitive and physical function, commitment to life, choice, optimization, compromise, primary and secondary control, and psychological wellbeing. In conclusion, a healthy lifestyle, adaptive coping and commitment to life were found to be effective on successful aging. Bowling and Iliffe (2006) in their study with 999 elderly individuals over 65 years of age to measure the quality of life with the 7-point Likert scale questions were asked. According to the results of the study, the multidimensional successful aging model was found to be a more powerful tool in determining the quality of life of individuals. COVID-19: A Perceptual Approach to Aging: Latent Aging

This study is a review article. Gerontology literature was reviewed and issues of latent aging were systematically formed. According to the results of the study, latent aging consistsof perceptual diagnosis, research, adoption, and reactive actions.Reactive actions include the social, psychological and physical effects of latent aging. The social effects of latent aging are the decline of social relations and social isolation. Depression, stress, anxiety, traumas and cognitive decline are among the psychological effects. Chronic musculoskeletal pain, sleep disorders, premature mortality, and suicidal ideation were determined as physical effects. The detection of latent aging is important in the prevention of chronic diseases.It was revealed that latent aging has the following four main processes: perceptual diagnosis and coding, research and comparison, adoption and reactive actions. Furthermore, this aging approach has three significant effects: social, psychological and physical.

Bu çalışmanın amacı iç girişimcilikte ortaya çıkabilecek kör noktaları tespit etmek ve bu kör noktalarla ilgili çözüm önerilerini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma 2019 yılı Ekim ayında Adana Ticaret Odası’na kayıtlı 86 işletmeden rastgele seçilmiş 98 beyazyakalı işgören ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi benimsenmiş ve fenomenolojik araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre iç girişimciliğin yeni girişimler ve yeni işletmeler, rekabetçi saldırganlık, proaktiflik, kendini yenileme risk boyutlarına ilişkin kör noktalar tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları iç girişimciliğin örgüt içinde girişimciliğin gelişmesinde lider faktörünün ağırlıklı olduğunu göstermektedir. Yeni girişimlerin ve işletmelerin oluşturulması ve geliştirilmesi lider ve işgören risk almaları, devlet teşvik ve destekleri, eğitim, vergisel yükler, lider teşvikindeki eksiklikler ve bilgi paylaşımı konusunda yaşanan sorunlar nedeniyle ortaya çıkan kör noktaların ortadan kaldırılması ile mümkün hale gelebilir. The Effects of Boreout on Stress, Depression, and Anxiety in the Workplace

The study aims to determine the effects of boreout on employee’s depression, anxiety, and stress levels. Furthermore, it is aimed to reveal employee’s job meaningless, employee’s job boring, stress factors, ways of coping and being happy under stress via interview. This study was conducted with 186 participants recruited from the Chambers of Commerce in Turkey. Mixed-Method Evaluation Design has been adopted in the study based on the social exchange theory, which includes quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. Findings revealed a positive association between boreout, depression, stress, and anxiety. The coding findings confirmed the three-dimensional structure of the boreout scale those were the problems arising from managers, employees and working conditions. Furthermore, stress was perceived by the employees as three main effects in terms of keeping away, accepting and struggling.

The Effects of Successful Aging in the Workplace on Technology Acceptance and Use Behaviour.

This study investigated the association between successfulaging and mobile internet acceptance and use behavior inthe workplace.A total of 221 participants responded to the survey. Theconstructs in the model were measured using successful agingin the workplace scale (SAW), the unified theory of acceptanceand use of technology (UTAUT2). A mixed-method evaluationdesign was adopted in the study, which included quantitativeand qualitative analysis methods.SAW was positively associated with UTAUT2 (β= ,856; p⩽0,05), unassociated with BI (β= ,089;p= ,466) and USE(β= ,364;p= ,235). UTAUT2 was positively associated withBI (β= 1,110; p⩽0,001) and USE (β= ,511; p⩽0,001); HT(β= ,713; p⩽0,001) and FC (β= ,708; p⩽0,01) were positivelyassociated with BI. BI was positively associated with USE(β=,391; p⩽0,05). SAW was unassociated with BI (β= ,089;p= ,466; t = ,729), and USE (β= ,364;p= ,235; t = 1,189).The main result of this study was the positive associationbetween SAW and UTAUT2, in contrast to the unassociationbetween the SAW and BI. The qualitative results showed themain differences between the SAW and the perception of thesuccessful aging of employees.

Women’s Successful Aging

The authors investigated women’s successful aging in the context of well-being and satisfaction with life. This study was conducted with 129 women in Women’s Rest Homes in the province of Adana, Turkey. It was found that satisfaction with life (SL) was significantly associated with successful aging (SAS) (β = .350; p = .005; t = 2.833), and SAS (β = .358; p = .008; t = 2.632) and SL (β = .669; p ≤ 0.001; t = 4.774) were significantly associated with women’s well-being (WBI). Women in the 60–66 age range had significantly higher SAS (md = 1.30314; p = .004) and struggle against difficulties (SAD) (md = 1.35624; p = .005) than those in the 81–87 age range, and women with bachelor’s degrees had significantly higher SAD (md = .73590; p = .001) than women with primary school education. Quality Perception in Successful Aging

This study aims to reveal current and perceptual status and the perception of quality in successful aging. The study was conducted with 142 individuals (65 years and older) living in Cukurova Adana Turkey. A qualitative research method (phenomenological method) was adopted in the study. According to the findings, four basic factors, health, psychological state, active participation in the life and social relationship, were determined as the perception factors of successful aging and quality. The highest levels of significance in these dimensions were determined as follows: Physical strength: shrinkage in bone structure, kyphoscoliosis (26.4%); social power: relationships with family, friends and neighbors (34.5%); psychological strength: coping with problems (39.3%); health strength: aging-related diseases such as menopause, prostate, Alzheimer’s (53.6%); financial power: decrease in income after retirement (49.8%). Qualitative research results revealed that these four dimensions were required in successful aging standards.

Successful Aging of Men with Various Chronic Health Conditions Residing in Nursing Homes

This study investigated the successful aging among men with various chronic health conditions. A cohort of 303 male participants (50 men with high blood pressure, 32 with cardiac disease, 30 with diabetes mellitus, 23 with the prostate gland, and 39 with other diseases) were included in the study. Successful aging scale (SAS), independence in activities of daily living scale (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living scale (IADLs), satisfaction with life scale (SLs) were performed. SLs was positively associated with SAS (R = .287;r2 = .083;p⩽.001), healthy lifestyle habits (HLH) (R = .046;r2 = .014;p⩽.001), struggle against difficulties (SAD) (R = .307;r2 = .094;p⩽.001), and IADLs (R = .156;r2 = .024;p⩽.001). Age was negatively associated with IADL (R = .247;r2 = .061;p⩽.001). Age was unassociated with SAS or the components (HLH;SAD). Healthy life, women’s health, life periods in women, habits, psychological resilience, emotional resilience and struggle against difficulties have important effects on the successful aging of women. These factors also constitute blind spots in the successful aging of women. Blind spots that are not taken into consideration especially in a healthy life may decrease the quality of life and may cause other health problems. On the other hand, women’s health is affected by genetic, anatomical and pathological factors. These findings are important in terms of women’s ability to prevent and combat diseases that may arise during the aging process.

The Effects of Workplace Belongingness on Exploratory Innovation: The Mediating Role of Exploitative Innovation

Purpose – The study aims to explore the mediating role of exploitative innovation by revealing the effects of workplace belongingness and their effects on exploratory innovation in the IT industry. Design/methodology/approach – This research was conducted with 91 executives recruited from IT businesses registered to Adana Chamber of Commerce in Adana Turkey in December 2019. The research was analyzed by the structural equation modeling method based on social exchange and organizational change management theories. Findings – The results of the study show the positive and significant effects of workplace belongingness on exploitative and exploratory innovations in the IT industry. To reveal innovations beyond the existing innovations, the employees' sense of belonging to the workplace and the existing innovations should be improved. Discussion – This study is the first to clarify the association between workplace belongingness and innovation types. There are limitations to the study in the context of sample size and generalizability.

Consumption behaviors are influenced by the effects of decreases due to aging on technology and the environment. In this chapter, where the effects of differentiation of consumption behaviors on entrepreneurship and its process are discussed, a new concept, gerontrepreneurship, is introduced. With this concept, the authors a new idea to gerontology in the context of entrepreneurship, elderly-technology interaction, and digital service innovations. Objectives: It was aimed to determine the causes and consequences of perceptual adoption of aging with cognitive learning and acceptance, in this study. Methods: This study was conducted in June 2019 with 58 participants (41 female, 17 males; living in the province of Adana in Turkey; selected from 1432 individuals; ages ranging between 18 to 30). Results: In this study, it was found that the perception of aging emerged as a result of the participants’ comparison and internalization of the information obtained from the elderly people and themselves who exposed to the symptoms of aging. Latent aging was associated with chronic pain in the body, palliative diseases, physical changes. Individual effects of latent aging were determined as tiredness, fatigue, arthritis pain, burnout, unjustified pain, stress, anxiety and nervousness. Medical effects of latent aging were determined as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), high blood pressure, nephrotic syndrome, digestive and stomach diseases. Conclusions: It was revealed that individuals’ perceptions of aging were exposed to latent aging through cognitive learning and acceptance regardless of age. In addition, the association of latent aging with palliative diseases and SLE was proved.

The effects of technology acceptance and use behaviour on women’s entrepreneurship motivation factors

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to determine the effects of factors affecting the acceptance and use of technology on the factors affecting women’s entrepreneurship motivation. Design/methodology/approach This study was conducted with 156 women entrepreneurs in Turkey in February 2019. A mixed method evaluation design has been adopted in the study. Findings The findings revealed that effort expectancy was negatively associated with behaviour intention and push factor and positively associated with pull factor. Performance expectancy was positively associated with balance factor, push factor and behaviour intention. Hedonic motivation was positively associated with behaviour intention and emotional factor. Behaviour intention was negatively associated with use behaviour. Facilitating conditions was positively associated with push factor. Habit was positively associated with behaviour intention and negatively associated with pull, push, balance and emotional factors. Necessities and habit were not motivation factors for women entrepreneurs. The Impact of Ethical Leadership on Service Innovation Behavior: The Mediating Role of Psychological Capital.

Purpose Ethical leadership is at the forefront of what matters in today’s business life and current issues, with a view to making strong moral decisions through bilateral communication. Service innovation behavior is important in terms of individual and institutional actions in the process of producing and implementing new ideas. Investigating the mediating role of psychological capital which consists of self-efficacy, optimism, hope and psychological endurance dimensions, between ethical leadership and service innovation behavior, is a matter to be investigated. This study aims to assess the impact of ethical leadership on service innovation behavior by means of a comprehensive literature review. Geron-innovation: A multidisciplinary approach based on the free radical theory of aging and innovation

In this study, Geron-innovation is defined as a new concept and approach and it is aimed to contribute to the gerontology by a multidisciplinary research based on the free radical theory of aging and innovation. It has been determined that service innovation behavior, innovation, gerontechnology and free radical issues together with joint studies will provide significant contributions to gerontology. As a result of the literature review, it has been determined that the necessary precautions should be taken to prevent oxidative damage and related mutations, the time period at which the damage and mutations begin to have a high impact on the aging process, the timely diagnosis of the agents causing these interactions and appropriate treatment modalities. It is proposed to develop multidisciplinary studies towards the development of the free radical theory of aging by increasing innovation-focused researches for future studies.

This study focuses on insufficiently addressing the safety issues associated with assistive devices for older individuals. Lack of study on geronsafety in the literature reveals the strengths of the study. The limitation of the study is that it does not provide an empirical study. Active participation of elderly individuals in life is possible with safety aging. Devices designed for older individuals are not yet fully compatible with digital programs. The remote management of these devices is important for the safety of the elderly. These devices should be improved with internet and digital programs. It is important that these devices, developed for home care services and elderly people living in nursing homes, can be controlled by a third party and keep a historical record, in order to control the actions of the individual. Traffic lights should be improved considering the physical, mental, perceptual declines of elderly individuals. For instance, audio and visual lighting is not enough. A special system should be developed for elderly individuals with weak perception and reflex. I recommend a special button for the elderly just under the lights. Methods: This study was conducted in November 2019 with 63 CLT patients (57 female, 6 males; living in the province of Adana in Turkey; ages ranging between 31 to 58; who responded “yes” to questions Q1 and Q2.). Results: In this study, it was found that the physical (sallow skin, under-eye swelling, puffiness) and psychological (depression, anxiety, dysmnesia, focus problem) changes and effects taking place in the individual’s body were effective in the sense of latent aging. Conclusion: In this study, Chronic Lymphocytic Thyroiditis (CLT) was found to be associated with latent aging in the context of psychological and physical effects, and the imitation ability of latent aging via CLT was proved.

Değer zinciri analiz yöntemi ile otobüs işletmesinin temel değer zincirinin petrol ve demir cevheri ile başladığı, plastik ve kauçuk, demir, çelik ve metal ile bu hammaddelerin üretime doğru ilerlediği, plastik, metal ve elektronik parçaların sistem tedarikçilerine sevk edildiği, üretimle birlikte imalatçılardan satıcılara ve nihai tüketiciye doğru bir akış gerçekleştiği tespit edilmiştir. Tüketici Davranışları Bağlamında Müşteri Muhasebesi

müşteri muhasebesi işletmenin kârlılığı, yönetim hedeflerini gerçekleştirebilmesi, sürekliliğin sağlanması için gereklidir. Pazarda rekabet gücünü sürekli kılmak isteyen her işletme müşteri muhasebesi için gerekli tüm bilgileri sağlıklı şekilde edinmeli ve stratejisini bu bilgilere göre belirlemelidir. Bu çalışmada, işletmeler için müşteri muhasebesinin gerekliliği düşünülerek tüketici davranışları bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Tüketici davranışları bağlamında müşteri muhasebesi, iktisadi insan teorisi, müşterinin işletmeye ve ürüne olan bağlılığı, müşteri kârlılık analizi, müşteri değeri ve muhasebe bilgi sistemi kalitatif ve kantitatif yöntemler düşünülerek incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak müşteri muhasebesinin sadece müşteri kârlılığından oluşmadığı ve bu nedenle de her işletmenin müşteri muhasebe sistemi için kendi stratejisini oluşturması gerektiği sonuçlarına varılmıştır.

Yaşlıların Teknoloji Kabul ve Kullanım Davranışlarının Başarılı Yaşlanma Üzerindeki Etkilerinin Analizi: Adana İli Örneği

Bu araştırmada, yaşlıların başarılı yaşlanma düzeylerini, teknoloji kabul ve kullanım davranışlarını, teknoloji kabul ve kullanım davranışlarının başarılı yaşlanma üzerindeki etkisini, bu etki ve düzeylerin demografik değişkenlere göre farklılıklarını tespit etmek ve araştırma sonuçlarına göre aile, kurum ve kuruluşlara, geçerli önerilerde bulunmak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, TÜİK verileri dikkate alınarak Adana ilinde yaşayan Türkiye Emekliler Derneği Adana Şubesine kayıtlı 60 yaş ve üzeri 912 yaşlı bireyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada kuramsal ilişkiyi keşfetme amacı güdüldüğü için Kısmi En Küçük Kareler yapısal eşitlik modeli ile yol analizi yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre teknoloji kabul modelinin alt bileşenlerinden performans beklentisi, hazsal güdüleme, kolaylaştıran durumlar ve alışkanlık davranış niyetini anlamlı bir şekilde yordamaktadır. Teknoloji kabul modelinin diğer bir alt bileşeni olan alışkanlığın ise teknoloji kullanma davranışını anlamlı bir şekilde yordadığı tespit edilmiştir. Analysis of the Acceptance of Communication Technologies by Acceptance Model of the Elderly: Example of Adana Province

In this study, it is aimed to examine with the "Analysis of the Acceptance of Communication Technologies by Acceptance Model of the Elderly". The sample of the study consisted of a total of 231 people consisting of 94 females and 137 males aged 60 years and over living in the county of Seyhan in Adana Province. Survey form used in the research; demographic information about the participants, information about products / services of communication technologies and information about the acceptance of communication technologies. In this study, mobile phone / smart phone, e-mail usage and computer and internet usage were discussed as products / services of communication technologies. 29.9% of the participants were living with their family members, 30.7% with their husbands and 37.7% living alone at home or in the nursing home. The education level is 51.5% for primary school or lower, 19% for secondary school, 20.3% for high school and 9.1% for university. 51.1% of the participants are married, 30.3% are widowed, 41.6% are retired and 39% are not working. 71.4% of the surveyed individuals stated that they use mobile phones and smartphones, 49.8% said they heard e-mail but never used it, 53.7% stated that they never used computer and internet but they never used it. Adaptation Approach to Technology Transfer Strategy

Technology transfer is an important way for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. For the customer satisfaction and profitability, the process after the decision is as important as the transfer itself. In technology transfer, which brings significant costs and risks for enterprises, these processes must be carried out in an adaptive manner and an appropriate strategy should be developed. Hızla artan rekabet, hizmet odaklı yaklaşımın yaygınlaşması insan odaklı stratejilerin geliştirilmesini gerektirmektedir. Örgütlerde verimliliğin işgören performansının sağlanması stratejik insan kaynakları yönetiminin önemini artırmaktadır. Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüklerinin Özlük Haklarının Eşitlik Bağlamında İncelenmesi

Ticaret sicili müdürleri, bulundukları ülke ve şehirlerdeki ticaret sicili kurumlarının kamu görevlileridir. Küreselleşme anlamında, uluslararası ticaretin gelişmesi yeknesak kuralların uygulama alanı bulmasını sağlamaya başlamıştır. Ticaret sicili müdürlükleri yerel ya da çok uluslu şirketlerin kayıtlarını tutarak bu şirketlerin işleyişleri hakkında şeffaflık sağlar ve ticaret hukukunun tescil anlamında temellerinden birini oluştur. Bu nedenle ticaret sicili müdürlerinin özlük haklarını bilmek ve iyileştirmek, sicilin işleyişi açısından stratejiler geliştirmek için yol gösterici olacaktır. Bu makalede ticaret sicili müdürlerinin özlük hakları kadrolu ve sözleşmeli ayrımları dikkate alınarak incelenmiştir. Ticaret sicili müdürlerinin özlük haklarının, İsviçre, İngiliz, Alman ve Türk hukuklarındaki durumu incelenmiş, eşitlik ilkesi bağlamında ticaret sicili müdürlerinin özlük hakları ile ilgili öneriler sunulmuştur.

Anonim Şirkette Çıplak Pay Haczinin Ticaret Siciline Tescili Sorunu

Anonim şirketlerde çıplak payların haczi; pay sahiplerine, payı devralan üçüncü kişilere ve alacaklılara etki eden bir konudur. Çıplak payın haczinin İİK m. 94’te yazılı olduğu şekilde ticaret siciline tescilinde kanun koyucunun amacının belirlenmesi, tescilin üçüncü kişilere etkisini açıklamaya yarar. Çıplak payların ticaret sicili açısından hukuksal durumunun tespiti; pay sahipleri, pay senetlerini devralanlar ve pay sahiplerinin alacaklılarının hukuki konumlarını belirlemeye yardımcı olur. Zira pay sahipliği ve pay senetleri özellikle anonim şirketlerde hak ve yükümlülükler bağlamında hukuksal açıdan önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu makalede, çıplak payların haczinin icra dairesi tarafından ticaret siciline tescil edilmek üzere bildirilmesi; tescilin etkileri, doktrin, yabancı hukuk, kanun koyucunun amacı, İİK, kavramsal açıklamalar ve bağlantıları gözetilerek açıklanmıştır.

Bu makalede geronteknolojide kuşaklararası işbirliği konusu araştırılmış, gruplar arası teorik yaklaşımlar ve eğitim faktörü birlikte değerlendirilerek kuşaklararasındaki uyum ve işbirliği için öneriler ortaya konulmuştur. Geronteknolojide kuşaklararası işbirliğinin önemi ortaya çıkarılmış, işbirliği programları ve gruplar arası teorik yaklaşımlar ile konu önemli ve farklı bir boyutta incelenmiştir. Geronteknolojide bilginin önemi ortaya konularak, örgün ve yaygın eğitim ile farkındalık yaratılması gerektiği konusu üzerinde durulmuştur. Konu hakkında yapılmış nitel ve nicel araştırmalar birlikte değerlendirilmiş, geronteknolojinin kuşaklararası işbirliği ile birlikte düşünülmesi gerektiği, geronteknoloji ve kuşaklararası işbirliği için örgün ve yaygın eğitimin önemi vurgulanmıştır.

İnsan Kaynakları Yöneticilerinin Örgütsel Adalet Algıları Üzerine Ampirik Bir Çalışma

Örgütsel adalet algısının çalışanlar üzerindeki etkileri, literatürde araştırma konusudur. Bu çalışmada örgütsel adaletin boyutlarından prosedürel adalet, mahrumiyet ve etkileşim adaleti algılarının insan kaynakları yöneticileri üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Farklı sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin personel ve insan kaynakları birimlerinde yapılan anket çalışması sonucunda elde edilen veriler istatistiksel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler üzerinde güvenilirlik, Pearson korelasyon ve Anova analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verileri ile başlangıçta belirlenen modelin uyumlu olduğu (GFI = 0.79, NFI = 0.75, CFI = 0.87, TLI = 0.85 ve RMSEA = 0.084) AMOS Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli ile tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcıların işyerindeki pozisyonları ile örgütsel adaletin belirlenen üç boyutu karşılaştırılmış; üst yöneticilerin etkileşim ve prosedürel adalet algıların yüksek olduğu, orta düzey yöneticilerin ise mahrumiyet algılarının fazla olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda prosedürel adalet, mahrumiyet, etkileşim adaleti algılarının insan kaynakları ve personel yöneticileri üzerinde pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğu bulgulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, yöneticilerin etkileşim adaletine önem vermeleri gerektiği şeklinde yorumlanmıştır.

Bilişsel Yönü İle Tüketici Satın Alma Karar Süreci ve Global Sınıflar Teorisi

Bu çalışmada tüketici satın alma ve karar süreci tüketici davranışlarının bilişsel temelli özellikleri, tüketici davranışlarını etkileyen faktörler, global sınıflar teorisi, referans gruplar, gruplarda uyum süreci, bilgisel sosyal etki, güdülenme, öğrenme, bilişsel süreçler, müşteri davranışı konuları birlikte incelenerek açıklanmıştır. Tüketim kararına etki eden faktörlerden bilişsel uyumsuzluğa neden olabilecek akıl çeldirici uyarı, dışavurum, algısal yapı konularına ağırlık verilmiş, tüketici satın alma karar süreci bilişsel temelde açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuç kısmında tüketici satın alma karar sürecine yönelik gelecek çalışmalar için önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, tüketim kararının verilmesinde dış etkenlerle birlikte bilişsel sürecin araştırılmasının ve bilinmesinin faydalı olacağı, bilişsel süreçte ortaya çıkabilecek uyumsuzlukların tespitinin satın almanın nedenlerini anlamayı sağlayacağı ortaya konulmuştur.

Adi Ortaklık Kavramı ve Ticaret Şirketlerinin Tüzel Kişiliği Bulunmayan Bir Ortaklık Yapısı ile İşlettikleri Ticari İşletmelerin Ticaret Siciline Tescili

“Adi şirket”1 adıyla anılan; ancak 6098 sayılı TBK’ da da belirtildiği üzere ve kanaatimizce en doğru adıyla “adi ortaklık”2 günümüz ticaret hayatında önemli rol oynamaktadır. Tüzel kişiliği haiz ticaret şirketlerinin oluşturdukları iş ortaklıkları ile gerçek kişilerin bir araya gelerek kurdukları ortaklıklar sıklıkla karıştırılmaktadır. Bu ortaklık yapısı ile işletilen ticari işletmelerin ticaret siciline tescili olgusu mevzuat hükümlerinde yeterli açıklıkta bulunmamakta ve bu nedenle uygulama sorunları ortaya çıkmaktadır. Adi ortaklıkların çeşitli şekillerde karşımıza çıkması belirgin bir ayrım yapılmasını gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu nedenle, gerçek ve tüzel kişi ortaklıkların tanımlarının yapılması ve hukuki statülerinin açıkça belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Adi ortaklık yapısı ile kurulan ticari işletmelerin ticaret siciline tescil edilmekle, ticari işletme sayılıp sayılmayacağı konusu, TTK bağlamında birleşme, tür değişikliği ve ticari işletmelere tanınan haklara sahip olup olamayacağı hakkında belirgin rol oynamaktadır. Tüketici Davranışlarını Etkileyen Sosyal Faktörler ve Aile

Bu çalışmada, tüketici davranışlarını etkileyen sosyal faktörler ve aile, nitel bir araştırma yöntemi olan, içerik analizi yöntemi benimsenerek araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, yöntemi giriş kısmında ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada, sosyal sınıfa teorik yaklaşımlar, sosyal sınıfların özellikleri, gelire göre sosyal sınıf özellikleri, gelire göre tüketim eşitsizlikleri, ailede tüketimi etkileyen faktörler, kültür ve referans grupların tüketime olan etkisine yer verilmiş, konular ailenin tüketici rolü temel alınarak incelenmiştir. Konu hakkında yapılmış nitel ve nicel araştırmalar birlikte değerlendirilmiş, aile tüketiminin bireysel kullanım, aile kullanımı, hediye alımı şeklinde üç boyutlu gerçekleşebileceği, tüketimin sadece aynı sosyal sınıf içindeki aileler arasında değil, aynı zamanda farklı sosyal sınıflara tâbi olan aileler arasında da değişim gösterebileceği, gelire göre sosyal sınıf türleri içinde ailenin tüketici rolü ile ilgili nitel ve nicel araştırmaların yetersiz olduğu sonuçlarına varılmıştır.

Başarılı Yaşlanma Ölçeği (BYÖ) Türkçe Versiyonu

Bu çalışmanın amacı Reker (2009) tarafından geliştirilen Başarılı Yaşlanma Ölçeğinin (BYÖ) Türkçe’ye çevrilmiş formunu oluşturma, ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirliğini göstermektir. Araştırmada tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada ölçek sahibinden, kurumdan yazılı, katılımcılardan ise sözlü onay alınmıştır. Çalışmanın katılımcılarını Ankara İli Çankaya İlçesinde yaşayan 60 yaş ve üzeri 151 kadın, 359 erkekten oluşan toplam 510 kişi oluşturmuştur. Veriler 14 maddeden oluşan BYÖ kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Ölçeğin İngilizce orijinal formunda 3 alt bileşen vardır. Bu alt bileşenler ve madde sayıları şöyledir: 1. Sağlıklı hayat biçimi (4 madde), 2. Uyumsal başa çıkma (4 madde), 3. Hayata bağlılık (5 madde), Ölçek Likert tipinde olup 1 (Kesinlikle Katılmıyorum)-7 (Kesinlikle Katılıyorum) arasında değerlendirilmektedir. Özgün ölçeğin toplam ve alt bileşenlerinin Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik katsayıları .72-.84 arasında değişmektedir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde güvenirlik için Cronbach Alfa katsayısı ve geçerlik için bir Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli türü olan Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) kullanılmıştır. Örgütsel süreç ve sistemler, proje yönetimi, örgüt kültürü ve vizyon gibi konular hizmet inovasyon davranışı ile ilgili olarak dikkat çeken konulardır. Bu çalışmada, literatür taraması ile etik liderlik, hizmet inovasyon davranışı ve psikolojik sermaye arasındaki ilişki analiz edilmektedir.. Hastanelerde Çalışan Kurum Ev İdaresi Personelinin Örgütsel Sessizliği: Adana Örneği.

Bu çalışma hastanelerde çalışan kurum ev idaresi personelinin örgütsel sessizlik durumunu belirlemek amacıyla planlanmış ve yürütülmüştür. Çalışmaya, Adana il merkezinde bulunan 10 özel hastanede çalışan 165 kurum ev idaresi personeli katılmıştır. Veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Hazırlanan anket formunda personelin bireysel bilgilerini belirlemeyi amaçlayan soruların yanı sıra Çakıcı (2008) tarafından geliştirilen ölçekler kullanılmıştır. Çalışanların hangi konularda sessiz kaldıklarını belirlemeye çalışan ölçek; 24 madde ve 5 alt boyuttan, sessiz kalma nedenlerini belirlemeye yönelik hazırlanan ölçek ise 30 madde ve 5 alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmaya katılan kurum ev idaresi personeli arasında, kadınlar (% 53,3), 25-30 yaş grubunda olanlar (% 32,7), evliler (% 65,5), lise ve üzeri öğrenim durumuna sahip olanlar (% 45,5) ve hizmet içi eğitim aldığını belirtenler (% 87,3) önde gelmektedir. Bu makalede geronteknolojide emniyet unsurunun önemi ortaya çıkarılmış, geronemniyet kavramı ile konu önemli ve farklı bir boyutta incelenmiştir. Geronteknolojide bilginin önemi ortaya konularak örgün ve yaygın eğitim ile farkındalık yaratılması gerektiği konusu üzerinde durulmuştur. Konu hakkında yapılmış nitel ve nicel araştırmalar birlikte değerlendirilmiş, gerontoloji ve geronteknolojinin emniyet unsuru ile birlikte düşünülmesi gerektiği; kişisel emniyetin teknoloji tasarımında dikkate alınması gereken mutlak bir unsur olduğu hususları ile geronteknoloji ve kişisel emniyet için örgün ve yaygın eğitimin önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Böyle bir durumda, daha sonra yapılacak olan tazminat hesabında önceki tarihte ödenmiş olan tutar hesaplanan tutardan düşülürken aradan geçen zaman için ödenmiş olan tutara faiz uygulanıp uygulanmayacağı konusunda yasal bir düzenleme mevcut değildir. Yansıma yolu ile zarara uğrayana önceden ödenen tutarın, sonradan yapılan tazminat hesabına kadar geçen süre için bir kazanç sağladığı düşüncesinin hukuka ve hakkaniyete uygun olup olmadığının belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada; destekten yoksun kalanın önceden yapılan ödeme ile kazanç sağladığı ya da faiz geliri elde ettiği yönünde belirlenecek miktarın, yapılan tazminat hesabından düşülmesinin gerekip gerekmediği hususu yasal düzenlemeler, doktrin, toplumbilim ve yargı kararları çerçevesinde incelenmiştir.

Resmi kurumlar arası bilgi alışverişinin gerekliliği, değişen teknoloji ve gelişen ekonomi karşısında gün geçtikçe artış göstermektedir. Ticari işletmelerin birçok resmi kurumla olan hukuki ve mali ilişkileri düşünüldüğünde, resmi kurumlar arası iletişimin ticari işletmeler ile bu işletmelerden doğrudan etkilenen gerçek kişiler açısından gittikçe önem kazanmaya başladığı görülmektedir. Ticaret sicili müdürlüklerinin ticari işletmeler açısından merkezi bir konumda olması, ticaret sicili müdürlükleri ile diğer resmi kurumlar arasındaki bilgi alışverişi açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu bağlamda, ticaret sicili müdürlükleri ile diğer resmi kurumlar arasında bilgilendirme açısından hukuki yükümlülüklerin nitelendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, ticaret sicili müdürlüklerinin resmi kurumlara bildirim yükümlülüklerinin sınırları ve hukuki nitelemesi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

Farklı kültür , ırk , dil , din gibi faktörler kitle pazarlamasından çok etnik pazarlama kavramını gündeme getirmiştir . Farklı kültürler , dil , din , ırk gibi faktörler kişisel ihtiyaçların ön plana çıkmasına da sebep olmuş , pazarlamada yeni stratejilerin geliştirilmesini bir gereklilik haline getirmiştir . Her tüketicinin ihtiyaçları farklı olabileceği gibi genel ihtiyaçları benimseyen tüketicilerin dışında kalan farklı talepleri olan tüketicilerin de ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması bir gerekliliktir . Ticaret Şirketlerinde Genel Kurul Yapılmamasının Hukuki ve Cezai Yaptırımları

Genel kurulun tüzel kişi topluluklarının vazgeçilmez bir parçası olması, ticaret hayatındaki önemini vurgulamaya yetmez. Genel kurul ticaret şirketlerinin karar mekanizması olmasının yanı sıra varlıklarının dayandıkları en önemli organdır. 6102 sayılı TTK ile getirilen yenilikler, genel kurulun önemini daha da artırmış ancak genel kurulun yapılmaması durumundaki yaptırımların uygulanması açısından açık noktaları kapatmamıştır. Teoride mevzuata konulan hükümler, pratikte tam anlamı ile uygulama alanı bulamamıştır. Teori ve pratiğin bir araya gelmesi ve genel kurulun yapılmamasının açık bir yaptırıma tabi tutulması şirketlerin denetiminin artmasını, teorik yani salt yazıda ve kayıtta kalan şirket tiplerinin azalmasını sağlayacaktır. Belediye Başkanlarının Seçilebilme Yeterliliği Kriterlerinin Değerlendirilmesi

Belediyelerin yasal temsilcilerinin belediye başkanları olması ve belediyelerin üstlenmiş oldukları görevlerin önemi nedeniyle belediye başkanlarının yerel yönetimler ve yönetilenler üzerinde etkisi vardır. Bu makalede belediye başkanlarının seçilme yeterliliği kriterleri çeşitli açılardan değerlendirilmiş, kriterlerin neler olabileceği konusunda bilimsel kriterler ve çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir. Bu makale, “Yeni Kamu Yönetimi” anlayışının iki temel kavram olan “araştırma” ve “muhakeme” metodu kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır.1 Belediye başkanlarının seçilme yeterlilikleri açısından yabancı hukuktan bazı örnekler verilerek, Türk hukukundaki durum çözümsel bakış açısı ile ortaya konulmuştur.

Günümüz dünyasında ve özellikle Türkiye Cumhuriyetinin ülke güvenliği için önem arz eden sosyal,siyasi ve ekonomik bağlamda olumsuzluklara ve kargaşaya sebebiyet veren Türkiye ve bir çok ülkeye göre yasa dışı bir örgüt olarak sayılan PKK nın insanlığa karşı işlemiş olduğu suçların hem Avrupa hem Asya’da toprağı bulunan stratejik anlamda öneme haiz Türkiye’nin etkilenmesi sonucunun salt Türkiye için değil Asya ve Avrupa eksenli plan ve projeleri olan ve bu alanda strateji geliştiren bir çok ülkeyi de etkilediği bir gerçektir.Bu nedenle de sadece Türkiye için değil Türkiye üzerinden sosyo ekonomik menfaatleri olan ülkelerin de menfaatlerine ters düşen bu yasa dışı örgütün insanlığa karşı işlemiş olduğu suç tipleri ve bu suç tiplerinin küreselleşme bağlamındaki etkileri açıklanmaya çalışılacaktır.
